Re-Nature Foundation is transforming thousands of schoolyards across Canada, building vibrant forests and classrooms filled with resilient teachers and students. We believe that if our children are to learn about the environment at school, they need access to one.
In 2020, when access to play outside was severely restricted, Bienenstock Natural Playgrounds launched a contest for a free outdoor classroom. 10,000 entries into the contest translated to 2,000 contracts in Canada. Without external financial support, we have built the first 10%. We need your help to finish the job.
Our goal is to build outdoor classrooms, plant microforests, expand curriculums, and provide teacher training and mentorship for all 2,000 schools under contract.
